Las Palmas Resort

Everyone needs a vacation now and then, and having a permanent spot to get away makes taking a trip even easier. The Las Palmas Resort, a short drive from the Sunbrook Community, is set up for people looking for a second home or a place to rent out as an AirBnB.

Condos here have one to four bedrooms with one and two bedrooms, prices range from $165,000 to $500,000. They also feature fully furnished kitchens and washer/dryer units within the condo and each comes with one parking spot. Views from the condos look out over the resort or over the beautiful landscape of Southwestern Utah.

HOA and Amenities

The Homeowner’s Association dues vary depending on the number of rooms in the condo, so check with your agent to find out your price. The dues go to funding maintenance of the resort’s many amenities. Residents have unlimited access to six different pools (mostly outdoor but there is one indoors if you want to take a dip during cooler weather), there are also hot tubs, and a wading pool for kids. There are also waterslides and plans to put in a splash pad.

If you prefer to stay dry while having fun, Las Palmas has you covered. There are courts for basketball and pickleball, a fitness center in the club house, mini golf, and ping pong. The clubhouse also has a place for visitors to buy snacks, and a lounge area to relax in the air conditioning.

The Community

The Las Palmas Resort is located just 10 minutes from downtown St. George, with lots of places to shop and eat. Golfers will be excited to learn that there are a number of golf courses within a short drive from the resort. Parents can send their kids to a number of elementary schools, and Dixie Middle and High School. This area of Utah is great for people who love the outdoors, there are numerous trails in the area for beginners and experts and plenty of parks perfect for a picnic day trip. The Red Cliffs Nature Reserve is about 20 minutes away and Zion National Park about an hour for those looking for an adventure.

Southwestern Utah is sunny and hot most of the year, and the Las Palmas Resort community is a perfect spot to relax, kick back, and get into vacation mode.
